Saroha upsets seed in qualifying at MSLTA Deccan Gymkhana Asia Oceania B1 Junior Tennis Championships  

Pune, April 18, 2026:  Indian boy Ribhav Saroha upset fifth seeded Heaton Pann of Australia 6-3, 7-5 to move into the second round qualifying of
the MSLTA Deccan Gymkhana Asia Oceania B1 Junior Tennis Championships organized by Maharashtra State Lawn tennis Association and Deccan Gymkhana in association with PYC Hindu Gymkhana and played on theDeccan Gymkhana tennis courts

In another upset Japan’s Mao Tazuru upset seventh seed Tanussh Ghildyal of India 4-6, 6-1, 10-6 in a close match .

Local boys Vishwajeet Sanas ,Varad Undre and Ayan Shetty also moved into the second round qualifying
