Trisha Bhosale and Riaan Nandankar Triumph at MSLTA – Bombay Gymkhana U-12 National Series Tennis Tournament 2025

Mumbai, May 10: The MSLTA – Bombay Gymkhana All India Ranking National Series Under-12 Tennis Tournament 2025 concluded with stellar performances from top-seeded players in both the boys’ and girls’ categories. Held from May 3rd to 10th at the iconic Bombay Gymkhana in Mumbai, the tournament showcased emerging tennis talent from across the country in an intense week of competitive matches.

The Girls’ Singles final featured an all-Maharashtra clash, where top seed Trisha Bhosale delivered an outstanding performance against fifth seed Chahat Thakur, winning the match in straight sets, 6-1, 6-3. Both players displayed remarkable skill and determination, making it a thrilling contest.

Trisha Bhosale continued her winning streak in the Girls’ Doubles event, partnering with fellow Maharashtra player Vrrisa Chhatwani. The second-seeded duo overcame a strong challenge from another Maharashtra pair, Sateshri Naik and Reya Shetty, in a thrilling final that ended 6-1, 2-6, 10-6.

In the Boys’ Singles final, Gujarat’s top-seeded Riaan Nandankar lived up to his seeding with a commanding victory over second seed Adhish P M from Tamil Nadu. Nandankar dominated the first set 6-0 and held his nerve in a tightly contested second set, eventually clinching it in a tie-breaker, 7-6(4).

In Boys’ Doubles, the second-seeded pair of Dhanush SM (Karnataka) and Adhish P M (Tamil Nadu) stunned the top-seeded duo of Riaan Nandankar (Gujarat) and Harsh Nagwani (Pune) with a resounding 6-0, 6-2 victory.
