The Terms and Conditions contained herein shall apply to any person (“User”) using the services of Maharashtra state Lawn Tennis Association, Mumbai for registering online for MSLTA Players Membership and Tournaments for making Fee payments through an online payment System through MSLTA Website www.mslta.org and www.msltatennis.blogspot.com.
User is therefore deemed to have read and accepted these terms and conditions while transacting.
1. Privacy Policy
Maharashtra State Lawn Tennis Association respects and protects the privacy of the individuals that access the information and use the services provided through them. Individually identifiable information about the user is not willfully disclosed to any third party without first receiving the user’s permission, as covered in this privacy policy.
General Terms and Conditions for Online‐Payments
Once a User has accepted these Terms and Conditions, he/ she may register and avail the Services.
A User have to fill-up the complete details in MSLTA Players Membership form and pay Rs. 950 online in order to use the services.
Online entry fees contain AITA / MSLTA entry fees + transaction cost.
- Refund policy: – in case a player applies and pay the membership fees twice on website he can request for a refund by sending a mail at mslta@mslta.org.
If the player withdraws his or her entry from any particular tournament before the withdrawal deadline his entry fees will be refunded. Once the deadline is met, he or she is not eligible for refund.
- Cancellation policy: – if it is been observed that a player is playing tournaments without proper documentation and age proof, his registration will be cancelled and he will not be eligible for refund
