Pune, April 28: Maharashtra players Saiyette Varadkar and Vishwajeet Sanas placed themselves in line for a double crown at the MSLTA-Bounce Tennis Academy AITA Super Series U-14 Tennis Tournament organised by Bounce Tennis Academy and Sunny’s World in association with MSLTA sponsored by Kasat Sarees Ravivar Peth and played at Sunny World Tennis Courts, pashan sus road
In the girls finals Saiyette Varadkar quelled Shreya Pathare 6-3, 6-2 to make it to the girls finals she will take on second seeded GD Meghana of Karnataka who ended the challenge of fifth seeded Siya Prasade 6-4, 7-5
Saiyette Varadkar alongside Devashree Mahadeshwar also reached the doubles finals the pair will take on Siya Prasade and Devanshee Prabhudesai
In the boys semifinals third seeded Vishvajeet Sanas struggled before overcoming fifth seeded Avaneesh Chafle 6-3, 1-6, 6-4 he will take on Daksh Patil who out rallied Saksham Bhansali 6-2, 6-4;
In the boys doubles finals Vishvajeet Sanas pairing Channamal Yale will take on Shivtej Shrifule and Shardul Khawale
