Akanksha Nitture beats seventh seed in ITF women’s tennis

Akanksha NItture knocked out seventh seed Shreya Tatavarthy 7-5, 6-4 in the first qualifying round of the $15,000 ITF women’s tennis tournament at the DLTA Complex on Sunday.
