Abhiram, Anandi win titles at Sardar Momin Memorial Under-14 Maharashtra State Tennis Championships.

Kolhapur, April 6: Abhiram Nilakhe of Pune and Anandi Bhutada of Navi Mumbai lifted the boys and the girls singles title at the Sardar Momin Memorial Maharashtra State Under 14 Tennis Championship 2022 being organized by Kolhapur Sports Association (KSA) and Kolhapur District Lawn Tennis Association (KDLTA) under the auspices of Maharashtra State Lawn Tennis Association (MSLTA)

In the boys singles finals 8th standard student of Baalshikshan Mandir top seeded Abhiram Nilakhe of Pune outplayed second seeded Anshit Deshpande of Nasik 6-1, 6-4 to claim the title.

 

In the Girls Under 14 singles final third seeded Navi Mumbai player Anandi Bhutada came through a tough fight before getting past city mate Abhilipsa Mallik 6-2,4-6,10-7 to win the title

 

The winner and runner up got a trophies and certificates. The prizes were given away at the hands of Mr.Sunder Iyer AITA Joint Secretary & Secretary MSLTA, Mr.Chandrashekar Sakhare, District Sports Officer Kolhapur, Mr.Manik Mandlik, Secretary of KSA, Mr.Ashish Shah, Secretary KDLTA, Zonal Coordinator MSLTA Sheetal Bhosale, Tournament Supervisor Manal Desai , Mehul Kenia , PYC Secretary Himanshu Gosavi , KDLTA Coach Arshad Desai ,Rajendra Dalvi , Sambhaji Mangore Patil KSA Coach Prakash Patil ,& Deepak Ghodake were present on the occasion
